  • That is never 100kg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • really impressive stuff

  • lol @ your last rep you couldnt raise it. That happened to me the otherday, i was on my 6th set with 110kg without a squat.. I had to roll it down my stomach and onto my thighs, fucking hurt like fuck. Always have someone there incase ha

  • great doing! how about the weather? i think, it was very hot:-)

  • @walterkurda Thnx Walter. Yes, the weather was very hot, 37 degrees Celsius in the shadow. Hope to repeat the same (and some more) benchpressing in my vacation, this year. Maybe I will film it too. We shall see ... Seen that 29x100 of yours - excellent benching!

  • Great lifting, this is my goal, and at the same time be able to run 3km at under 15 minutes.

  • arching your back way to much

  • That is simply amazing! Grats, I just keep benching :D

  • Is arching your back like that 'good form'?

I don't know much about weight lifting, just stumbled on this by accident.

  • @djmland no, it isn't. Your back should always stay on the bench. People tend to arch their back if they are putting on a weight they can't handle or they become tired.

  • I weigh 64 kilos and now weights ever did in 3 months to achieve lift in bench press 62 kilos doing sets of repetitions of 20 reps, 15 reps, 12 reps, 10 reps, and 2 reps of 8 witth 62 kilos.

Better enough? and lower weight 12 kilos

It is a good improvement? weight ratio is almost 100% of my weight.

If i do less reps I think I could lift more, but the idea is to resist and to do good exercise.

  • @nopochoclos That is a very good result, congratulations. Just keep up the good work man, you are on the right track!

  • @domagoj1975 how did you get so strong, ive been platueing at 100kg with only 5 reps, but yesterday made a new record of 9 reps, i dont understand, its crazy, i would probs do what u did on 100 with 70kg, you have any advice? thanks

  • looks like your back is taking some pain :S

    but still cool :)

  • If you want a quick estimation for the conversion of Kg and Lbs, just double the kg weight for lbs, or subtract half the weight of lbs for kg. 50kg is around 100lbs,

20lbs is around 10kg. etc etc...

Its not "completely" accurate, but it gives you an "idea". the higher in weight you do this method with, the more off it will be, so make sure to compensate.

So the next time your out and about and you dont have google handy,, just remember the 50% differential =)

  • Wow very very nice. You really make this weight look like it's half what it really is and your form is also spot on.

  • insane all said :)

    i'm 18 started benching 2 weeks ago now i do 100kg 1 rep

  • ive just started 2 am 15,5'9 about 80kgs in weight and can do 10 reps of 70kg so far so dont know if thats good or not

  • he is kinda playing with 100 kg :S

  • lol ano its like hes takin the piss

  • so in pounds thats like wat 215? :s Dont know the conversion

  • about 223,5 lbs

  • @DerEchteGangsterFan 220 pounds like the nfl standard

  • Google it

  • 100 kgs is about 220 pounds

  • it like he is picking up fresh air, great strength and endurance.

  • To the owner of the video,

I'm starting out in lifting weights now and wondering when I do a bench press, should I hold it for a few seconds in the air each time before lowering to my chest?

  • as he hasnt answered ill give my take. u should keep going at a swift pace as it allows momentum therefore u will bench more reps

  • i pres it 16 times drug free

    maximum 160

29 reps drug free is world class

    also 180 kilo drug free

  • Thank you mxprofiler.

  • u bench 100k x 16 and your max is 160? I must have good endurance or u have bad lol, i do 100 x 17 and 145 for 1

  • You have great strength endurance.I am currently benching 105 kg.I do 3 sets of 8 reps.I am not sure what my 1 rep max is as I have never tried.

  • correct me if i am wrong

    but

it looks like 2 time 10 kilogram each side

and all in all 80 kilogramm

  • Wrong. It is 4x20kg+4x2.5kg+10kg bar =100 kg.

As you see, this is not a powerlifting bar, and that weights are not made in standard diameter. Just a plain gym beach with low cost equipment. Everyone can examine that gym, and weights. It is there all summer long. Location-Croatia, island of Paf, city of Novalja, camp Straško. There is a similar video on my page 100kgx28, made in real gym, with standard powerlifting bar and weights. Have a good day buddy!

  • horrible form

looks like you gonna break your spine

  • nope ur back is strongest when its arched like that, just like any building arches are stronger then flat lines, try benching like this and see how much better it works

  • isn't this the strength test for the nfl?

  • what is the max weight you can bench.

i meen come on thats alot of reps with 100kg. my max is 2 reps with 115kg and my body weight is 73kg

  • 115 kg with 73 kg bodyweight is a good result. Very good if made naturally, without illegal substances. You dont ask others about their maxes...usually they give you numbers nobody saw them lift in real life. So...if it is not on tape/youtube, like it did not happen :-) Keep up the good work man.

  • haha thats soo true. you should make a vid doing your max becouse you got the strength

  • Thank you shanedonohue2!. That vid is on my youtube channel.

  • ahh yh so it is 180kg is not bad at all

  • This is NOT bodybuilding !

  • Awesome power full!!!

    Keep going!

  • Hvala j123popeye!

  • Awesome job!

    That was a great set.

29 reps with 100 kilos is Super!

  • well done! nice benching

  • Thanks littlelee79!

  • Oh man, had to look in my dictionary for this word perseverance :-)

    Lets see :

What is perseverance? * Perseverance is commitment, hard work, patience, endurance. * Perseverance is being able to bear difficulties calmly and without complaint. * Perseverance is trying again and again.

    Thanks again buddy!

  • Thank you buddy, but I will concentrate on 125 kg (275 lbs)for reps in the future (bodyweight for reps). Off course I will try that 80 kilo, I appreciate your suggestion.

  • WOAAAAAAAAAAAAH AWESOME 100kg with 29 real reps WOAAAAAAAAAAAA! DAMN SHEIT!
