  • harrass, opinion urggggg!

  • If you like Vampire stories I would suggest the obvious classic Bram Stoker's Dracula, it's kinda hard to read a bit because it was written in the 1800's, but so so amazing. And Young Adult novels I would say The Vampire Diaries, it has romance but also involves magic and mystery =)

  • i agree w/ you on twilight!

and new moon was sooo boring in the middle!

but the minute alice comes back it is immediately awesome!

i agree w/ you on the twilight movie as well

  • i too thought the series started off REALLY SLOW. and i thought there wasn't really adequate character and love development for the movie. i felt the ending was really abrupt too. i wanted to ask if u noticed this, maybe i just got a bad copy w/ a lot of printing errors, but it seemed to me that new moon had a lot of typos. i was reading it and i couldn't believe it got past an editor looking like this!!! did anyone else notice that? did i get a bad copy or were there that many grammar errors?

  • Honestly, I didn't read them looking for grammar errors, but I'd be interested in seeing some. Can you give me some examples and some page numbers (hard cover books). Thanks!

  • i can try to find some...it might be diff tho cause i have a paperback.

  • ugh im so tired of this book. it reads like a fifteen year old wrote it

  • Hmmm. Well, it's sorta for that age group. 15 year olds are the target demographic. So it sounds like the author did a good job. It's surely no literary masterpiece, but it's a nice quick read for some entertainment that won't hurt the brain much. In my opinion that is. Thanks for your comment :)

  • exactly.. its not for everyone.. but its a cute read and just something, that i personally felt, i could escape to :D

  • i will recommend you to read Anne Rice Vampire's Chronicles, am a HUGE FAN of Anne rice books lol and recently i finished reading The Strain by Guillermo Del Toro and i was completely stunt by it. Right now am reading The Gathering Storm : )

  • Thanks for these suggestions!

  • twilight rules but im a guy so im in it for the action

  • You won't get any action by reading Twilight.

  • Twilight does have some interesting action scenes. Especially in the 1st movie.

  • i have a request.. i would like to know what you think of the movies.. hopefully youve seen new moon already.. and the lack of cullens.. :D

  • Hey, I just video taped my review of the new moon movie. It should be edited and up soon - stay tuned! Yeah, hardly any Cullen action. Kinda sad. Be sure yu are subscribed to see when I upload my movie critique. :)

  • my library (atlanta-fulton county) really sucks they never have popular reading books i bought twilight checked out new moon went to the main library NOTHING went to the library near my house that i got new moon from NOTHING. smh

  • Hey - I'm sorry your library is so poorly funded. I know my local one does a lot of out reach to raise funds, etc and has a really great selection. You may want to look into how you can help - maybe hold a book drive for recently released books? Also, maybe petition your local government for more tax money to pay for the library too? I'm not sure how the whole system works, but having a poorly stocked library is very unfortunate. Maybe write Oprah ;)

  • lol thanx i actually gave away like 20 books and havent seen them at the library since. they sell books for idk what but never have popular books :(

  • GOD!

    TWITARDS!

    I can't stand it! -_-

it just a bad fan fiction.....

  • Umm.... I thought the middle part was the best, but that might just be because I am Team Jacob. =)

  • Hehe. You are def. Team Jacob and I think that's why you like the middle part. I like it more now, but at first, I wasn't a big fan. Thanks for commenting!

  • Hii I love all your book reviews and i have a request. Will you please (when you get around to it, no rush) read The Hungar Games by Suzanne Collins. That would be really great! But don't rush it, just do it whenever you get around to it.

  • i do not like new moon due to the fact that in the middle it gets boring. lease give me spoilers!! i wanna move on to eclipse.

  • I felt the same way when I first read New Moon. Honestly, you could skip that one and move on to Eclipse. Perhaps go back and read New Moon again once you've gotten through the better books :) The last book was one of my favorites as well. You'll love it! The end of New Moon is ok...so you may wanna stick with it just for that.

  • I partly agree on the fact that the middle section seems boring. The first time I read it, I was like "Holy crap where did Edward go!" I hated Jacob and was thrilled when Edward came back. But the more I read New Moon the more I like it. I can see it from Bella view, that if you really thought your love was gone, why not try to move on? The Jacob part gets better and better. I recommend reading it again, if you haven't already. It gets more bearable. Promise. :D

  • Yeah - I think I mentioned that somewhere in a comment. I felt like I had more understanding/respect for the 2nd book once I read the whole series and read the 2nd one again. :)

  • very boring! jk cool vid :D

  • It's just I was so tired of this Bella's gushing over "Edward's angel face, perfect lips, sweet breath, corny obsessiong over the man's looks" that the second book was acually a really nice change. :) Good first video, by the way.

  • Ah, I hear ya. That makes sense. :) Thanks!

  • I personally think that the "middle section" of the New Moon was actually the most interesting part of the book. Edward always seemed to me like a person I really wouldn't like to know. Bella's and Edward's love is based on only sexual lust and appearances, while Jacob's and Bella's "relationship" was actually fairly normal, interesting and when I reached the part where Alice's coming back, announcing that Edward's going to kill himselw, I went like... oh my god, here we go again -_-

  • Yeah, I say Team Edward, too ;)

And I agree with you all the way!

It's like you read my mind and said the words for me x'D

Especially about the movie. The love you saw on the big-screen was kind of weird if it should be realistic. That part is better in the book, 'cause you get all the conversations, looks and thoughts (Bellas) and that makes it more believable. I love the movie, though!

I really look forward to New Moon! All these exiting scenes! I can't wait!

    I love Twilight!

  • Awesome! I'm glad you agree. Great minds think alike and I'm with you on the movie...I am so looking forward to New Moon. :) I'll miss not having Robert Pattinson in it so much. If they are smart, they'll still have him in it a ton. Because that's who people are going to see! :) Thanks for the comment!

  • i love twilight!!!!!!! IT.....IS....SOOOO.....ADDICTING!!!!! TEAM EDWARD...OBVIOUSLY.. HES PERFECT.... OWN THE BOOK AND MOVIE.. IM READING NEW MOON.....kind of depressing.... he left her!!! :( but i love these awsome vampires!!!! lol ps nice vid! lol

  • Hehe! I agree. Don't worry - Edward has to come back eventually because there are more books! :)

  • yea i love it two so ya

  • I actually did enjoy new moon. i tought it was interesting to see how bella would look woth jacob instead of edward. i hate how some people hate this book JUST because edward isnt in it. It is till pretty interesting except the part where jacob and the elders talk about all the legends and stuff.

  • Yeah, I definitely found I had a new appreciation for the book the 2nd time around :)

  • You got it spot on...New Moon disappointed me alot...

I thought the sexual tension between Bella and Edward in the beginning was really gripping but they just ditched that when Edward left.

The middle needless to say was ridiculous and i was starting to feel nauseous after the 10003rd mention of the hole in Bella's chest.

The End picked up....but not as well as I'd have liked it to...Edward's return I would have thought would have been more interesting...

    Thanks for a lovely review..

  • Thanks! I hear you...have you read it a 2nd time. I still list it as my least favorite of the series, but I re-read them all and found I had a greater appreciation for book 2. Let me know :)

  • omg ur right once u read it u cant put it down hehe. i never read twilight or new moon and i skiped to eclipse and i was like wtf is going on butt its was really good though

  • Hehe! Glad you are enjoying yourself with Twilight. It's a fun read :)

  • TEAM EDWARD <3333333333333333333333

jacob annoyed me, :P edward is such a wonderful guy, i wish i had him, but him and bella are much better :] <3

  • :) Team Edward :)

  • cool video i pretty much agree with you on everything! =) lol

  • Hey! That's because GREAT minds think alike! :)

  • Nice video!

  • Thanks hun!

  • i agree with everything, except the new moon part. i thought the book was very interesting when edward left. you realize how much bella needs edward, and you get to see how great of a friend jacob can be for her. but i did think that new moon was the most boring out of the whole saga. so, i sort of see your point. anyway, great video!

  • I hear ya. The 2nd time I read the series, I did have a new appreciation for New Moon :)

  • yeah, i had to read new moon 3 times before i got over the fact that edward left! thats when i realized jacobs character was awesome! (don't get me wrong, i'm on team Jalice.)

  • I agree with everything you said! Just like you I also got into the books after I saw the movie and I loved them :-} I also agree that after Edward leaves New Moon gets pretty boring, I read faster than usual just so I could get to the part where Alice comes back because it was so boring. Anyways, Im loving your reviews!

  • Thanks so much! Great minds think alike! :)

  • omg have you read the host?

  • YES! And I did a video for it too, lol. I liked it a lot! :)

  • idiot its trying to say that shes clutzy

  • nice video

ill be watching more of ur videos :)

    great job

  • Thanks so much!!

  • actually when she goes to school, it all happens with eddie.. now im in half of the fourth book, awesome!

  • I know what you mean about the middle of New Moon. I always thought of it as a story centering around Bella and the Cullens and then almost all of it is gone. I like the Cullen family alot with there unique personalities (obviously being vampires:P)

I saw the film and I think Robert Pattinson did a great job! On a negative, i sometimes thought that Kristen Stuart was a little..grumpy? in some scenes compared to the book, especially how Edward sees her in Midnight Sun.

    What do you think?

  • i totally agreee on everything

i just finished new moon today too :)

    5/5!

    u know wat?? when edward leaves, i cried...well u cant blame u since im only 11.. :)

ohh, btw, yes, its seriouslly boring.

do u like jacob?? i flippen hate him!! he is so boring...grrr

PLEASE REPLY & HAPPY HOLIDAYS! =D

  • Well, just you wait for the next book! It gets better. You are 11 years old and you read that whole book?! YOU ROCK. That is totally awesome that you are such a reader!

You'll like Jacob more in Breaking Dawn. He's always kinda a jerk. A jerk to Bella and the Cullens. But he gets funny (I think) in book 4. And then you don't hate him so much.

I can't blame Bella for choosing Edward though. No competition! :) Thanks for posting and Happy Holidays to you as well!

  • Hehee!! It is ma first time to read such a giant book! It took me a week to read the first book, and 8 days to read the second. Petty bad ehh?

Yeaa, Jacob builds a relationship with Reneesme rite?? is that how u spell the baby's name?

yesss, but im still on team edward...man, they pik all the smexii guys to play the parts, like jasper, emmet, edward, jacob...my gawd!! i was like drooling when i was watching the movie :P

Your welcome for the post, you deserve it.

    Subscribed & Friend Request!

  • That's fast! My sister is almost 16 and she's taking forever to read Twilight. 8 days is great - you can't read ALL the time, you have to put the book down sometimes, so that's great speed!

Yeah, Jacob and everyone else loves Renesme! Haha, I saw a Team Edward t-shirt earlier this week at a store called Torrid. :) I am a fan of Emmet's character in the movie. Very attractive. Of course, Edward too! Thanks so much for posting and subscribing!

  • Hehe! Thanks :D

really?? OMFG! i want it so much...but i dont live in usa, i live in canada =)

so did u accept my friend request?

  • LOL - check online for the shirt, lol. Anyway, of course I accepted your friend request!! :)

  • oh man that makes me kinda nervous too cuz i really loved the way the twilight movie turned out! I just hope she/he casts the same actors/actresses! I love who plays the characters now and I'd truly hate to see any one of them leave/

  • I agree. I am pretty sure most of them are staying (with a pay raise). I am not sure about Jacob though. I mean, he fit the role well in the 1st movie...but how is that guy gonna play someone huge. Someone 6'7" with the muscular body of a 25 year old? I guess we'll have to see.

  • Happy holidays back to you too! <:-D

Lol that's supposed to be a little santa hat on the face but it doesn't look right...lol :-D

  • LOL, thanks! Have you heard that they'll be getting a new director for New Moon. It worries me a little. I know that the previous director was holding out for a larger film budget because she wanted to make the phasing of the wolves realistic. But...obviously the new director will see what a large following the books/movie has and want to live up to the hype. Maybe the diamond glitter skin will even be better this time! Thanks for the YouTube support, you rock!

  • ya i agree also it does kinda get boring in a few chapeters... but its really good:D

  • I agree. I am reading New Moon for the 2nd time, and I feel like I have a better appreciation for it now that I have read the whole series. :) Thanks for the post!

  • no problem.:D

  • i totally agree on the new moon thing being boring through the middle. BUT, keep reading the series because new moon is really just preparing u for eclipse! (book 3). It is ok trust me!

  • You are totally correct. I liked Eclipse a lot...and the whole series is fab. I am reading them all through again. Thanks for posting a comment and Happy Holidays!
