i always get stuck around 2/3s of the way up. typically this is when i'm lifting at around 98%+ of a monthly max. would this exercise help? and if so how much weight would i want to use? i've seen the koreans (Sa) do it so it must be at least semi-legit.
@MrTlftlf Its for strength and explosiveness. It helps you get past the "sticking point" hold it for 2 seconds just after you raise, lower quick and explode up!
