@raytutajir beautiful rendition. one of my favorite ones. I wanted to know if i coulld get the music sheet. I ve been looking everywhere for a right one been having trouble. thank you would appreciate it alot.
Ray, Carlos is 67 years old and besides the fact his malleable pink helps him a lot, he is really a great guitarist. If you want to receive the musical sheet, no problems, just ask me, but I just don't know how to e-mail you.
Thanks Ray for your reply, and I agree 100% with your opinion about Carlos version. If you don't mind, I'd like to give you another tip, check the version of another brazilian song played by Carlos named ODEON, composed by Ernesto Nazareth, look for: Odeon - Carlos Barbosa Lima and if you like it I can send you the sheet music, even though it is an easier version but not less beautifil. Regards!
Great Job Ray, I knew you some time ago with Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, another great job, and I do also know Per's version for Sons de Carrilhões, that in portuguese means The Sounds of the Chimes, but I think you could really check Mr Carlos Barbosa Lima version, it is tremendous, if you look for "Carlos Barbosa Lima - Sons de Carrilhoes" on YT search you will find it. Congratulations to both of you Ray and Per!
@jaugb Thank you. I checked out the Carlos Barbosa LIma version. It was fantastic and loved the harmonics which was the sounds of the chimes you could say. I was also glad to see that his tempo was about 60 bpm which i also strived for. I think when it is played fast it loses the original intent of the composer. Also i think the Barbosa arrangement loses the original intent but that's okay because it is an arrangement and as i said it was fantastic. The harmonies in the melody lines are superb!
Sweet Ray! I agree on your tempo! Perfect! Strange how this piece has so many versions. Mine is quite different. (and I thought mine was the original score. Iknow better now).
What is a Godin Multiac Classical Guitar Synth? Enlighten me, please :-)

@jaugb I checked the song ODEON out and really liked it. Carlos is a brilliant guitarist. Do you know his age? He has great dexterity.

@AndanteLargo Thanks Per, I learned alot by listening to your version i have you know. Yes it is a bit different. I like yours better.
A Godin Multiac has the option to be plugged into an effects pedal. This guitar is semi acoustic and also has a classical guitar fingerboard.
I am still getting used to it.
Thanks for listening my friend!
