It seems to me that Clottey is being very lazy with this drill or like he's going through the motions. He's not throwing the left hook right (technically). I pray there is nothing fishy going on with this fight because I have Clottey beating Manny. I am worried about this and I hope that they are just being lazy with this for the camera to not allow Pac's people see what they are really capable of.

@aschindler22: Perhaps you didn't see the fight between Gatti and Joey Gamache? Well Gatti almost killed Gamache! I beleive Gatti was like 20 lbs heavier than Gamache. Every since that day, I realized that fighters use this as a means of cheating. Fighters should fight at their natural weight and they should weigh in the morning of the fight. They have at least 10 hours to rehydrate so thats no excuse.

The arrogance of Pacquiao fans is a disgrace. If there is any integrity left in boxing clottey will win but, if the judges base the fight on who the crowd is supporting like the disgraceful Clottey Cotto fight then, yes, Clottey may lose.

ive been boxing since i was 8 and im turning pro this year so i kinda DO know what im talking about but at the same time im not a pro like clottey is! Point well made though. i just think if you've been in the sport for so long then then shadow boxing with a bag to help your footwork is a dead end! bags only come forward or go back! just like opponents in a way but not a training method i would personally use if i wanted to improve my footwork! sorry if i offended you.

bagwork is good 4 improving footowork when fighting at close range,& improving your balance & technique at close range & ofcourse punching power & endurance

pads are better for developing overall movement & sharpness

& as im sure u know,theres no substitute for sparring

i have no doubt clottey will be fully prepared & ready,& this will be one of mannys toughest ever fights,clottey will be the physically strongest & toughest fighter manny has ever faced

i could not disagree with you! i too think clottey will be a lot more difficult than peope expect! he has never been knocked out, has wins over the late corrales and judah! took cotto all the way and is a former world champion! at the end of the day you dont get a shot at the best P4P fighter in the world if your a nobody! i personally think that the first 6 rounds will be toe to toe, punch for punch but as it goes late pacquiao will have the advantage and stop clottey late on!

nah never turned pro man, just amateurs, then had to ease off as life's pressures, work,career ect caught up with me,.still spar and train alot, sparring mostly with guys mates heading into fights trying to help em out,state champs ect,pressure fighters like u are a nightmare..lol..u guys walk thru punches,never get hurt.lol.i used to be pressure fighter until my couch pressured me into classic boxing styles as well..he asked me, wat do u do when faced with an even stronger pressure fighter?..

haha my trainer said the the same thing to me when i was starting out! im british and when i started out in the amateurs i was compared a lot to ricky hatton! i was to busy trying to Knock out my oppenents that i was taking a lot of shots to do it. so me and my team went back to the drawing board and i developed a more "dynamic defence" which stopped me for the whole ( take a punch and give a punch) that i was use to. im still a pressure fighter but i know when to pull the trigger!

I'm not dissing Clottey after watching this I watched some of his fights. He's a smart fighter. Clottey's definitely no chump and you can tell in his fighting. Clottey won't get caught slipping because he keeps his hands up and doesn't let the pressure get to him.

Clottey VS. Pacman will be good I just hope it's not hyped up like the last fight where it ends in two rounds.

If any of you have doubts look up Clottey videos and if you have any clue of what I'm talking about.
