That mutated his arm and he could control that mutation at will. The Veronica virus never played a role....never....Play Assighnment Ada in RE4 and it will be explained. Ya I know now but it could is still most likely the reason it's able to mutate in RE4 Wesker could have healed it with a virus since he was complaining about being "weak" since that happened.

Its a rail shooter. A PS3 doesnt have theat kind of capability that the wii does. Ad why does this have to be on the PS3 or The other system. Let the wii hacve resident evil. PS3 has to many M rated games anyway
