@Ravensteinzh He was captured no longer posing a threat. At that point there was no longer a point in using a "sword" against Gaddafi. And at this point the best option is to take Gaddafi alive in order to bring him to justice for whatever they've accused him of committing. And that point Gaddafi can be executed or imprisoned if found guilty or let go.
So he didn't die by the sword but was needlessly lynched. And how do you know Gaddafi had bullet wounds before capture?

Which backs up my argument he couldn't even fight the rebels in their glorious hundreds to thousands before he was captured.
Dig up those factual information, it should be relatively easy as I provided the sources.

Unlike you, I actually back what I say up. How you approach these sources is up to you. Let's pretend he wasn't hit by a bullet while in Sirte, he was still injured and unable to fight due to the bombing done on his convoy. You can tell from the capture videos, extended or cut short, he was injured and bled horribly from the face.

And at this point the best option is to take Gaddafi alive in order to bring him to justice for whatever they've accused him of committing. And that point Gaddafi can be executed or imprisoned if found guilty or let go.
So he didn't die by the sword but was needlessly lynched. And how do you know Gaddafi had bullet wounds before capture?

Unlike you, I actually back what I say up. How you approach these sources is up to you. Let's pretend he wasn't hit by a bullet while in Sirte, he was still injured and unable to fight due to the bombing done on his convoy. You can tell from the capture videos, extended or cut short, he was injured and bled horribly from the face.

So do not start a democracy, however dictator who has been Kaddafi he was a human being and if the rebels wanted a better country, they should protect and take him to trial. So, they had won the admiration of mankind, but now we know they are no better than Qaddafi, they are worse!. They demonstrated with that fact as brutal and inhuman treatment are just a gang of armed murderers giving free rein to the baser instincts and deserve to be screwed by the Western powers

Was there any doubt as to what the FINAL SOLUTION (pay back) for Gaddafi would be? The Geneva Convention was discarded long ago by warrior politicians. I am glad that the tyranny of the Gaddafi's regime is over. I am also glad to think that there might be a new dawn for the Libyan people; a beginning of enlightenment and civility, But, is that going to really happen? The brutal murders of Gaddafi and his son (two POW) on the hands of the new government forces are not only clear violations of the Geneva Treaty, but also is an infringement of any principle that embraces the right to go to Trial. Should anyone trust the new Libyan government?
