Dear Squash Pro when u try to teach the kids or any one u should teach them all kind of foot work and explain them what foot work u can use for what kind of shot , for example : for boost shot this kind of foot work u can use which I'm showing in the video. Thanks for asking and watching.
@MrApex777 Watch any pro match, you will see their back foot moves. it is much more efficient this way as you can use two legs to push back to the T rather than 1. Don't be closed minded about movement, there is no one "right" way.
ohh sure, you're walking like an elephant seriously,,, If you're so good you should know, you shouldn't make any sound during steps(ninja steps).

3 steps to the back and have shoulders parrallel or u will be forced to play a boast in the back corners only
