In order to get .exe of a program, You should save the file as "Save All" & then build it.

& then try to find your .exe at given path on this video.

the location of the .exe file actually depends on where you saved the project itself, and you seem to have assumed that everyone in the world with vb08 owns windows vista as well, and nobody ever decides to save anything in a different location than "documents." sorry if I sound too rude/mean

This tutorial was aimed at the avrage user who hasent custermised the settings within visual studio or visual basic and that they would go for the newst one. If you where the sort of person that prefers VS2005 over VS2008 then I think you would know how to compile programs.

This is a weirdo way of doing it.

Click Project(in the top), *ProjectName* Properties, Click Compile, and set the build path to where you want the .exe file to be. Then click Build, and Build Project! You got the .exe in the desired location!

2nd bin = binary (i am almost 99% sure) and binary is the coding for most .exe's, also build is the "name" for making the .exe. Also known as compaliing.
