there is a problem specially if the stalker happens to be daddy to a child. They dont seem to care these days whether a dude is dangerous he is still allowed visits. I just finished over 3 yrs of hell for court cases. In the end every legal person I consulted ended in well see it wont work.. he'll have premission to see the child which will bypass any peace bond/restraining order. And being that the world aint the easiest to get threw it seemed to hold that way in court also.
