I have a high bed with metal bars that are only wide enough for my fingertips, I use those to train my fingertip strength, try doing fingertip pull-ups or push-ups, they will strenghten your grip, stamana and ability to make the height changes on the actual cliff hanger.
This is good for strength training, but try and find a ledge or something. Or you could just do this but not wrap your hands aorund the bars. Nice work.

no no no lol if you wanna prove your grip. do what they made us do for stealth training.. they made us hang with one arm for 2-5 mins each. youll get huge callises but crazy good grip and strenght.. keep that in mind lol.
im sorry dude but i don't see any vids of you trying this, and man it's way ahrder then you know it requires alot of physical strength to keep yourself in the chin up position while hanging

keep your arms on 90 degrees. If you dont, you have to pull up every time and that makes it harder.
