Love this scene.

Who cares if it's not "real Taekwondo?" It's more or less what Kim actually does in the Fatal Fury and King of Fighters games. It was him opening with QCB+K (hangetsuzan), eating a counter, and then whiffing a bunch of weak and medium kicks.

Then his health gets low, his super bar is full, and he pulls off his Hidden Super Desperation Move. Seriously, for an anime that came out long before King of Fighters 2002, that looks a helluva lot like Zero Yori Ho'ou Kyaku.

not really... it's just a anime! it doesn't happen in real life since i'm learning taekwondo myself. more than a fight, it is about controlling your body and mind. I wish I could go onto black belt but u have to work really hard to earn it.
