i know this would sound a little extreme but what if you lace the pipes with poison so that they die.. this way the crime rates decrease the drug dealers loose business and go elsewhere and their wont exist the threat of some broke fuck outside trying 2 rape and rob your mothers and sisters coming home from work at night.it would also lower prostitution less crack whores.
