No, Manheim was another treadstone agent based in Hamburg (Jarda was based in Munich) who was sent to kill Bourne in "identity", then he was ordered to kill Conklin, so definitely no the same guy and we don't know what happened to him after the first movie.
Ok so I love the Bourne series but the only complaint is that in most of the fight scens the camera jumps around to much and jumps from angle to angle. You don't get to see all the moves. I have studied Martial Arts for years and want to see the technique used and all the moves they used. I doubt any director or anyone will read this but that is what I think. Keep up the good work.
@glenlackey2 I would think, they purposely do the cuts for the look of realism, so you don't actually see that they're not making hard physical contact with one-another. You should check out the fight scene from Park Chan-wook's "Old Boy"; theres a one-shot fight scene in it thats very well done (although there isn't extensive use of martial arts techniques)
@griffomega Dude, that was a great fight scene. I have never seen that. It shows how exhausting a fight is and he just keeps going. Thanks for the hook-up.
As a future director and with the intend on making scenes like this to Paul Greengrass I salute you.
