Jacqueline and her relatives are classic examples of mentally enslaved peoples. All they have to do is look in the mirror and KNOW they are African. When a group of people identify more with the people who raped, murdered, beat, your ancestors, than their actual ancestors something is very wrong. The mitochondrial dna tests finds only one line: your mother's mother's mother...

Same for the y-chromosome test for paternal DNA: your father's father's father...

But, when you go back to the motherland 18 generations, you should actually have as many as 262, 144 parents on the continent. These DNA tests only will find two.

Think, you have 4grandparents, 8 great-g's, 16, great greats, 32 great great greats, 64 great great great greats, one 128 great great great great greats, 256 great great great great great great ...people don't realize just how many ancestors they have and that you don't have to go that far back to encounter so many.

As a medical grad, Geneology isnt my field but I'm educated enough to know that each inidvidual person usually has a DOMINANT amount of genetics that can be attributed to a specific peoples of a specific amount of Landmass, e.g coolies in the carribean usually have anything from 10% to 70% Indian Heritage, (roughly), Now if your refering to Jews in the caribbean your going to have to be more specific on that issue as it is a complicated one, Which group of peoples are you refering to ?
