those temps. suck. i have an o.c core 2 quad at 3.3ghz with an scythe ninja 2 cpu cooler and my idle temps are 33-35 C. in full load it goes to about 55-60 C.

This is so out of date. its funny in a sad way. A single gtx 295 is more powerful then 2 9800's. And the Q9000's are power hogs compared to the nehalem cores. Haha and only dual chanel memory....

Yeah, my $500 laptop's specs are comparable with this desktop now lol. They really made it with upgradability in mind though, I'm sure most people who bought this Blackbird model are going to be swapping out the core 2s for i9s soon. Like Albert said, its all about the case. Extremely efficient design.

it increases a clock speed above what it came. so for ex if ur cpu is at 2.6 you overclock it to 3ghz to make it faster. i would research before you start doing it. you can oc you cpu, gpu, ram, and northbridge
