I personally like the one where the head flinches back a couple times. That and the one where they sort of elbow crawl a half inch forward, as well as the one where they grasp their stomachs and roll around.
I gotta say, this is perhaps my most favorite "hurt" animation in the game. Especially when Ayane and Kasumi do it. It's really makes them look irresitable.
