@nadia50 - I can't thank you enough for posting this film for the "youtube world" to see. As a fellow adoptee, I was deeply moved by this film. These last moments always get to me, not just with regard to adoption, but to love and forgiveness with Colin Firth's character. Helen Hunt must be so proud of this work. I first saw it at The Palm Springs Film Festival. My mom (who raised me...adopted me...MY mom) and I couldn't get out of our seats for at least ten minutes, we were so overcome.

i love this film its so touching!

i am planning on adopting there is far too many kids out there with no parents, its just like the whole dog situation lol why keep breeding to get puppys when there are loads of dogs/puppys in animal sheltars with no-one to love them!! you get the same love from both! ADOPT!
