I didn't think driving there was that bad, I thought it was kinda fun. In general it's just common sense collision avoidance. I never even saw an accident. The pollution and dust from vehicles in Cebu is bad though, especially in rush hour.

Ha, ha, ha you didn't mention that there's few accident. The roads are tight so it's slow driving fatal accident rarely happens. Fatal accidents are usually cause by drunk drivers. All types of moving things gets to share the road. Yhep that's Philippines.
