I have a Wii, but I don't think I'm getting motionplus. The only thing the Wii could give to me is a new Zelda and a new Super Smash Bros. I didn't like Galaxy near as much as SM64, but I got my 60 stars nonetheless. I tried motionplus swordfighting in futureshop and it didn't seem all that great at all. But w/e, its an upgrade.

Sword fighting might be actually good with this thing, because sword fighting before sucked since you just swung the thing side to side and it was lame, but this things, if they made it accurate, will mean you may actually need some skill to do sword fighting which i would like it if they made sword fighting, just like sword fighting!

It definately wont work as good as with the motion plus. But you still would be able to play the game . As "Dannyar10" said - the controller works 10 times better with the WMP

Tiger Woods sure as hell does. No way I'd play a golf game without it now. Granted, I will agree that Wii Sports Resort is going to have a LOT more variety of activities that use it though, so in that sense you're right. I'm personally looking forward to swordfighting, basketball, and archery.

Don't buy your stuff from Gamestop. They jack up the price of all/most accessories (not just for Wii, but for PS3 and 360 too). Most of the time, it's an increase of $5.00 more than you SHOULD be paying for it.

You forgot that Virtua Tennis 2009 on the Wii(came out yesterday) also uses Wii Motionplus. It actually may be the better tennis game over Grand Slam Tennis. NGamer gave it an 88, where Grand Slam Tennis had mixed reviews.

I'm still deciding which tennis game to get, but I'm leaning towards VT 2009. Tiger Woods, on the other hand, is a must buy, considering it comes bundled with M+.

true. im just now getting the hang of the controls. i was hitting everything cross body on every hit and knocking everything out of bounds. ive learned to control it with more strait shots. takes some time adjusting your body as well for backhands.
