Boxers/thai boxers do this but without a weight on their heads! remember that your neck already has a weight on it..it's called YOUR HEAD!! You will feel more benefits to this exercise if you did 50 reps with no weight. trust me your neck will still get bigger! whether you do it the correct way or decide to be a twat like this guy...a good punch WILL turn the lights off!
