i was up front in detroit nov. 11 and it was AMAZING!!! all the white drapes and his white outfit and all the bending projector images, being put on 4 tabs, i about lost my fuckin wig lol
Thanks for putting this up. They used to play this version at the student disco back in the day, just bought the Nettwerk Sound Sampler Volume 2 for it. It's only taken me 20 years to track this one down!
@crackfoodstamp 4 1/2 of the best i've had myself :D thats the way to go for SP live! and while it does "change things", i believe syd has you realize how good things are whether you're sober or not lol and i realized this is the BEST show i've ever seen.
When I saw SP in 2005 I was so awestruck I just stood there with my jaw agape. I remember tearing up and being just to amazed to even think about dancing. (So I probably looked bored, but it was one of the best shows I've ever been to.)
@DivisionbyZer0 I agree with you. I went to the Mythrus tour show at the Electric Factory in 2007 and the sound left something to be desired, however Ogre's theatrics are always worth the price of admission. These guys are legends and I will go see them every time they tour!
@cornwallstone the wardrobe malfunctions were lulzy. Was one of the better SP performances in philly over the past few years. Having whats his name do the live mixing was a good idea.
It's on Epitaph which I actually picked up a few years ago and haven't listened much. Sounds very similar but doesn't have that bass and a few other elements.
I was there, felt like the crowd was a little boring. Either way, the whole show was like a real-life nightmare and I was telling my brother that if a helicopter had landed on top of the building, I don't think I would have noticed.
I feel like if the crowd doesn't help out, the band won't try either. I saw Project Pitchfork two months ago and despite a few attempts from the promoted for an encore, most of the people just didn't care.
the studio version of this remix is on a compilation that is available on CD and record. Its been out for years.

This is the regular version of "Addiction", I can't find the Doghouse remix other than this video.

Smothered hope to this. They seem to have made complete circle musically. Didnit realize how theatrical SP was.
