Heritage for the Future did get out of Japan but there where changes in the characters names, for example Boingo to Voing, Devo to D'Bo, Mariah to mahariah, etc.

They avoided lawsuit with some changes and therefore could came out.

Oh and for those looking for accuracy, this fight did happen different in the manga.

1) After Giorno returned to his dorm, they didn't show how he almost was discovered by Koichi, how he almost set Koichi's passport on fire

2) After the fight Koichi was supposed to report to Jotaro, but Giorno stopped him telling him he was gonna handle the situation in that was going on.

As far as the actual fight, its pretty accurate.

Right now there is English copies of the Jojo manga right now. Few months ago, they just redrew some parts of the manga due to Islamic images.

The manga came to the U.S. in 2005, the game(like almost every JoJo game) didn't. It's not because of stupid elitist issues like you put forth, but copyright due to Araki's rampant references.

the game just doesn't cover all events in the manga, neither all the fights of part 5

I had the game a few years ago, and yes, while they don't cover everything, the things that are there are pretty much 100% accurate. I still wish they had included the Metallica vs K.Crimson fight....

Even though they didn't let you play the fight between Risotto Nero and Vinegar Doppio, for some reason, they actually did make a model of Nero; you can see it in the unlockable model gallery.

Why would they make a model for Nero but not even use it? It's almost as if they were going to use it, but decided not to for some reason. Maybe time constraints, lack of resources, or something else. Who knows.
