  • how the hell do you line em up so easily?!

  • @amesk we designed our designs with guide overlapping each colors. pause at 1:45 you will see a small black dot in the upper left and in lower right of the design. thats our guide also its part of the design

Pano nyo yan ginawa ? And, pwede b red paint ggmitin to serve as Magnta? prang walng mgenta color available s store.tnx!

  • @orlanemic sa una mong tanong may process na tinatawag na halftone para maachieve ang effect sa photoshop research mo nlng kung ano ang mas convinient sayo na process sometime we do this /watch?v=hpBD--kmeqo

sometimes we use Royal blue, Red, lemon yellow & black for alternative colors pero medyo madaliin ang print dahil mabilis mag dry nang paint.

  • sir ano gamit nyo na ink?

  • WOWWW!!!

  • @glowerz121 we use photoshop gumagamit din kami ng coreldraw depende sa designs... here's a link from our artist /watch?v=hpBD--kmeqo

  • @chuaua12345 available d sa bacolod ang CMYK, main distributor sang Tulco CMYK Good hope Enterprises (downtown area) Lopues East and lopues araneta..

  • boss ask ko lng......

aquasoft textile ba gamit mo n ink?

anong printer gamit mo pgprint n negatives?

ok lng b kung white glue at sensitizer lng gamit q s screen s 4 color process?

  • @tebats88 yup.. aquasoft textile. it could be any printer basta solid lang ang print outs will do. hite glue at sensitizer pwedeng pwede

  • tnx boss!!!!

    pde mgrequest boss....

pde uplod din kau n other vids on screen printing....

    tnx again

  • Idol sir! pure skill, binabalak din namin mag screen print dito sa valenzuela, baka may suggestions po kayo for beginners, and we also do CMYK prints. :))

  • hi me again quick question what mesh do use. i heard 200,230 is good to use with water based but can that mesh count be efficient enough for 4 color process thanks for your help really appreciate it

  • @ZARANiKi28 in this video we use 125 mesh... we also use 250 mesh in some of our designs with the same waterbased inks.. but it depends on the design actually. if you're design is vectors we recommend using 80-100 mesh. and if your design is very complex (picture like designs) we recommend 125 and up. but when we're dealing with 250-300 mesh we have to "act fast" so that we wont clog our screens. thanks for the comment

  • Do you offer printing services to companies in the United States?

  • @Kilauea72 i'm afraid we don't... we're just a small shop here in the Philippines.. but hopefully someday hehehe... thanks for the comment

  • Nice CMYK Print jobs

  • can the black just be any old black or no?

  • @ZARANiKi28 what do you mean? if you mean the type of inks then i'm using a water-based inks. Cyan, magenta, yellow and black.

  • @ZARANiKi28 well i meant is the black, one thats only used for a four colored process?

  • @ZARANiKi28 alright, yes it can be any black...

  • @bababcuenca thanks man i appreciate it awesome work

  • no fancy smancy equipment just pure skill there!!

  • @acebpd Thanks a lot....

  • thanks! sir, in this video/project, what settings in photoshop did you use (frequency, angles, etc.)? and if i'm to print pictures with finer details, what settings and mesh would you suggest? thanks a lot!

  • @jingmymai64 i just set my design in jpeg @ 300 mesh then click my Cseps plug in after that i have my CMYK + white underbase separated in halftone and ready to print. in this video it's 135 mesh. but if you have a higher mesh count the better.

  • aquasoft gamit mong ink? lulusot kaya yun sa tipong 305 mesh?

  • @jingmymai64 yes it will but use hard pointed edge squeegee

  • 135 mesh@ 300 pixel/inch to have good details. the bigger the design mas fine ang details.

  • we're using photoshop cs3 or CoreldrawX3 depending on the designs. and we're using a plug-in to separate colors, called CSeps or Accurip software.

  • wow dre! astig! ano gamit mo mesh count, ink, at settings sa pagseparate ng colors? thanks!
