  • How are either of you going to play with this weight safely when your knees come 100 yards ahead of your toes lol that's the position though folks..

  • Actually, leg width is dependent on the muscles you are targeting. Wide stance works more of the inner thigh muscles and glutes and narrow stance more tear drop quads. Agree with you on arm position though. Less control if something goes wrong.
