Hi Madhura! I recently made this pasta minus the mushrooms. I took the milk+cream cheese mixture, blended it using a electric hand blender and then added to the pan. I covered it and let it cook on a medium flame. But, after a while when I opened the lid, I noticed that the milk and cream cheese mixture got curdled and liquid got separated from the cream :(..it wasnt a smooth mixture like how you showed..what do you feel must hv gone wrong?

sorry, but i'm not really sure what you mean by cheese cream. do you mean processed cheese?

@st105900
Cream cheese is a soft, spreadable cheese. Bagels are often topped up with cream cheese and even its used while making cheese cake.

Wow.. looks good. Had a question. Instead of using creamy cheese + Milk, cant we directly use fresh double cream?

@tanvik1
Hi Tanvi,
Thanks :-) Sure you may use combination of Cream and some shredded cheese for richer texture and taste :-)
