I wish these two morons would just STOP already! I made the terrible mistake of buying "Epic Movie" from my local discount bin. It was the worst mistake of my life. EVERYTHING these guys make is trash! "Epic Movie", "Meet the Spartans", "Disaster Movie"...you name it! "Superhero Movie" sucked, too (although I know that these two were not responsible for that one. Just saying.) They seriously should have stopped making these types of movies after "Scary Movie 4" (AKA the last funny parody movie)!
next movie will be called Passion of the Movie Stealing Jews. It's a 5 minute film with raw footage of Aaron Seltzer and Jason Friedburg being nailed to a cross. The next movie will be called Shit-ler's List. It's a movie about every single movie, advertisement and merchandise created by Aaron and Jason that is gathered up and sent to Auschwitz to be burned in an oven.

Looking at 0:12, Disaster Movie is at 1.6/10 on IMDb. When people ask me what kind of movies I like I tell them anything that's not by these guys. These guys suck and need to be stopped
I thought they were gone for good after Disaster Movie, but unfortunately their releasing a parody on Twilight called "Vampires Suck". Now I hate that as much as the next guy, but asking THESE guys to make "jokes" about it is idiotic. You hear more clever jokes on here about Twilight then what was in that trailer. Ed Wood at least had a natural love for making movies for fun. I often judge Michael Bay and Uwe Boll too, but these two they make them look like Spielburg and Jackson by comparison!
I've talked to Aaron and he doesn't particularly like making these parody movies, but the studio won't back the projects he wants to do. And as long as there is a profit for this dreck, the Hollywood machine will continue to produce it.

@brent8692 Actually, they only wrote a script that was incorporated into the movie, but weren't actually "writers" for the whole thing. It's possible some scenes came from them (which would explain some of the long-winded gags in there), but the movie as a whole had a far better team of main writers and director. By themselves, they manage to turn anything even related to film into garbage.

A movie doesn't have to be nominated for a Razzie to be the Worst Movie of the Year, nor does a movie have to be nominated for Best Picture to be the Best Movie of the Year. Alot of people would not agree on Slumdog Millionaire being the best film of 2008 just because it won Best Picture at the 2009 Oscars.

I wish these two morons would just STOP already! I made the terrible mistake of buying "Epic Movie" from my local discount bin. It was the worst mistake of my life. EVERYTHING these guys make is trash! "Epic Movie", "Meet the Spartans", "Disaster Movie"...you name it! "Superhero Movie" sucked, too (although I know that these two were not responsible for that one. Just saying.) I'm not saying you're wrong to hate them, but there are other directors just as bad or worse than them that also make terrible films that overshadow struggling filmmakers.

@SEVENTEENCINEMA good point, there are a lot of bad movies out there. but I still stand by my opinion that they're the worst directors ever. for example, "Batman and Robin" was ridiculously bad, but at least Joel Schumacher has made a couple of good movies. these guys just do the same thing over and over again, just as unfunny everytime. it's frustrating cause I wanna write and direct movies once I get out of college. I mean I already make movies now but I also wanna earn a living doing it

Looking at 0:12, Disaster Movie is at 1.6/10 on IMDb. When people ask me what kind of movies I like I tell them anything that's not by these guys. These guys suck and need to be stopped

I thought they were gone for good after Disaster Movie, but unfortunately their releasing a parody on Twilight called "Vampires Suck". Now I hate that as much as the next guy, but asking THESE guys to make "jokes" about it is idiotic. You hear more clever jokes on here about Twilight then what was in that trailer. Ed Wood at least had a natural love for making movies for fun. I often judge Michael Bay and Uwe Boll too, but these two they make them look like Spielburg and Jackson by comparison!

I've talked to Aaron and he doesn't particularly like making these parody movies, but the studio won't back the projects he wants to do. And as long as there is a profit for this dreck, the Hollywood machine will continue to produce it.

Despite much screaming and stuff, my brother just bought a two pack of meet the spartans and the comebacks (even though he knows from experience that Epic Movie sucked). He's talking about making them sleepover movies and I fear his friends will start thinking this is GOOD comedy. I hate these two who think they're commedians.

They one of the were writers for the scary movie series. I bet if these guy actually tried to make there own movies funny they will succeed. They dont Put in the fuckin time and effort to make a good spoof. Theyre just in it for the money. When they were writing scary movie, the directors probably made them try to make it funny. But no They WANT YOU MONEY AMERICA! THEY WANT YOUR MONEY! BOYCOTT THEM!!! There movies drive me insane.

@brent8692 Actually, they only wrote a script that was incorporated into the movie, but weren't actually "writers" for the whole thing. It's possible some scenes came from them (which would explain some of the long-winded gags in there), but the movie as a whole had a far better team of main writers and director. By themselves, they manage to turn anything even related to film into garbage.

A movie doesn't have to be nominated for a Razzie to be the Worst Movie of the Year, nor does a movie have to be nominated for Best Picture to be the Best Movie of the Year. Alot of people would not agree on Slumdog Millionaire being the best film of 2008 just because it won Best Picture at the 2009 Oscars.

Well they haven't made any new movies since Disaster movie and that was almost 2 years ago and they don't have any movies in the works as far as i know so maybe, hopefully they've decided to call it quits.

You'll be surprised that movies like The Comebacks and Dance Flick were NOT created by Seltzer and Friedburg. But nonetheless, these movies need to come to an end. A lot of people despise these movies.
