@Pennaki American BBQ is really good, especially in Texas, but nothing beats Greek style lamb or pork shish kebabs (souvlaki) grilled over charcoal fire, basted with tabasco & butter or grilled chicken pieces marinated with lemons, oregano & garlic.......FYI the man who invented Memphis style dry rub BBQ ribs was a Greek, Charlie Vergos.

I went here once. I cut some bread out in tiny circles and put a sausage piece in between two of them to make a bite-sized sandwich. Sometimes I only use one circle of bread. BTW, this place is better than Rudy's, BIG TIME.
