How do you keep it in 16:9 ratio? I just got the camera and even when I have the camera in 16:9, the videos come out in 4:3 on the computer, even when I put the video in several editors and render in 16:9.

@MathewVlog Make sure before rendering in 16:9 the project settings are in 16:9 or it wont work.

@skrillztv Well, to be honest: The focus isn't good in low light areas. When you're filming, the focus doesn't work well. When there's enough light, it works great, but not when it's dark. =D But it's a great camera, you know :d

Well, so far it seems you're the only one to post a decent test video of this camera, so I hope you won't mind if I ask you a few questions...

First of all, what file format does this camera shoot in? (MPEG, WMM, etc.)

And roughly how much did this camera cost you? (I'm guessing close to $199)

Does this camera accept SD cards?

Lastly, can the lens focus well on close-up objects? (Macro-mode?)

@crapmunky99 its 230 bucks, and it shoots in mod and moi files, but with the software that comes with it you can change that. it has i think 52x optical zoom and great focusing, and it accepts sdhc cards, but doesnt come with one.

@crapmunky99: €154 in Belgium =D. The camera shoots .MOD files, which you can rename with SD Copy, so Windows Movie Maker will recognize them. It has 45x Optical Zoom and has great focusing! :)
