11 years too late. RIP Doug Wickenhieser but what a bad decision. Should have been a Hab from the start but we were lucky enough to get him in Chicago. Thank you Montreal.

I think what he meant was that Savard was unable to put up the gigantic numbers from his Chicago days.

Not many moments left in his career? Winning a cup with the most storied franchise in all sports should count for one, not to mention coaching two of the best propects in the NHL.

well, he had a big moment left for sure..he raised the Stanley Cup at the centre of the ice on june 9th,1993, right there, at the Forum!!!
