I' m sorry, Philip Glass is a genius but I just listened to the full glassworks and though I had never listened to it before I felt like I did, heard it in movies or adds or whatever and I believe that SO MANY "COMPOSERS" have callled themselves original when in fact they just COPIED Philip Glass! Philip Glass is the original, he should be VENERATED for that!

Great way to end the evening. Thanks for posting these six. I'm definitely going to purchase these at some point. Possibly even arrange Opening or Closing for percussion ensemble. These are simply beautiful overall.

If you could, you wouldn't mind posting Steven Reich 'You Are (Variations)'? I'm more interested in the first movement, but the entire piece is brilliant.

I love this. Opening and Closing are two excellent pieces. They follow the same melodic motives, but this one sounds uplifting and hopeful, while Opening sounded more somber and sad. Together they are truly inspiring.
