@superbabykitsune It's just chantilly cream or whipped cream as we say in the US. Just take some heavy cream and chill it reallly cold. Chill your bowl as well. Then you want to whip it really fast until it gets stiff and when it starts getting stiff you gradually add powdered or granulated sugar until it is sweet to your liking. Splash of vanilla works too but not too much because you don't want runny cream.
Respond to this video... There isn't like a recipe that I ever use, it's called super duper awesome bull shitting. Maybe start out with 1/2 cup of cream and add 1/8 cup of sugar. You must be very careful to not over sweeten.
