i understand the ending.... Both Domeki and Kohane love Watanuki the most, but they are in diff worlds now. Watanuki will live on forever, Domeki and Kohane will get old and die. They needed to move on. Being 2 ppl with the same important person, both wanting to be by his side forever, both with the same experience (regardless magic or knowing Watanuki), they can understand each other. Getting married, so they can stay by Watanuki side together. They both still see Watanuki as most important

whenever i play this song on my mp4, i feel like crying. I remember yuko's relationship with watanuki and i feel the song reflects on yuko's emotions how she's sorry for leaving watanuki. Well that's my other point, the other one is probably the fact watanuki feels sorry for doumeki because kohane's most important person in the world is watanuki. It's all too sad :(

but it saddens me when Doumeaki said that Watanuki is the most important person to Kohane.

@kobato96 I read that it's likely that the Doumeki we see a 100 years later is the reincarnation of the real Shizuka Doumeki. Apparently reincarnations happen every 100 years and CLAMP have done this before in a manga called Wish. So don't be too sad, if that's true, that means Watanuki still had Doumeki.

I completely agree with Parapara9973 :( the song is such a perfect match with the OVA and watanuki's bond with doumeki. I really hope CLAMP decides to continue the manga, but I doubt that's gonna happen. If they dont, at least we have a bittersweet ending...T-T

omg! the song is so cute and sad it fits the story and the ova perfectly. there are too many coincidences between the lyrics and the bond between watanuki and doumeki. CLAMP said they that holic rou was finished "for the time being". i really hope this isn't the end... snif!

@tintor2 if you felt that there was chemistry between 四月一日 and 静, then yes it was pretty sad for them... if you are not into yaoi or boy love type of tendencies, then it was a good ending
