Does this sytem make use of cds light sensitive resistors? If so, how do you make them light up when it gets dark instead of the oppostite?

Later on i will put it under a clear case and then the leds will get brighter as the surrounding light becomes dimmer

thats just hooked up to the psp power... with a light sensor? lol like uhh... whats the point other then look neat?
