In some states, the states govt tell everybody to save water, but then the HOA can sue people for not watering the lawn for growing grass. Even more wicked is that they can foreclose ur $300,000 home for $3,500 because of unpaid dues of $800 for front gate landscaping. Take back HOA for your own equality and dignity.
People must organize and take over HOA. HOA works only for real estate bankers right now. We pay for HOA due because HOA is on our side but it is not right now. Take over HOA for your community.
I believe most of you did it to your selves. You paid for every one else lawyer but you did not get your own because every time you mention getting one they told you we had one that prepared the contracts and you don’t need one it was done right.
Any mention of HOA was done as the real state agent was walking away and mumbled. Or said it very tolerant HOA. Not only not getting a lawyer you did not read the contract. You expect the gov to protect you. And yet you want the gov out of your every day lives.
Cant happen to me, smartest thing I ever said to my realtor "I will say no to any HOA home". So I have a half acre or pure freedom with only government taxes to pay. I can have a hot pink house "not that I want that", but I can because I own my house. Funny part is, my area is one of the few that did not loose any value in the homes and when one goes up for sales it sells fast.
