@ashleenify I'm sure hehe :) I am a very sensitive person and pick up on a lot of things, so where I might not have been around for that long, every emotion I ever feel has a story behind it and I have written them down for so long that it comes so naturally to me now. :) I will keep it up, thank you for leaving such wonderful comments on my poems, they have really inspired me :)

It's a pleasant poem but you described roses as lurking which makes it sound like there is meant to be something ominous about them.
