The music here was used in the TV advert for the Adventure of Link way back in the days of the NES. This music wasn't specifically for Ocarina of Time--hence, terming it BETA would probably be erroneous.

First of all, this has nothing to do with a texture pack. The Zelda game demonstrated in the video above is one of the pre-released versions of the game. If you hadn't noticed, there are slight differences in the video compared to the actual game itselfs, that is what I'm currently restoring. Certain animations, sounds, collisions, graphics, etc...

Overall, a lot of things that would have made this game better.

Not just the voices. This was an early japanese version of the game. I could point out many differences between this vid and the US release of the game. The hostile Z targeting color, for instance is red in this and yellow in the US release.

The fooage is from fairly late in the production. It's using the A-B reversed controls and has the red-corners Z-targeting in one section, while it had no-corners in another. Plus Navi turned red instead of yellow when hovering over enemys. And I do prefer these Seiryuu to the final ones.

In addition, I noticed that there was a stlafos room not present in the final game, does anyone have any thoughts on that room.

The commercial is extracted from a VHS distributed with the spanish magazine Hobby Consolas at november or december 1998, I don't remember exactly the month. I wrote an e-mail to that magazine about this subject, but I never received any answer. By the way, I never saw this commercial on spanish TV... :|

I did find a solution to your problem though. I don't know if someone already said this or not, but here it is anyway. If you use a YouTube (Flash Video) to MP3 converter, you would have an mp3 of this song. The only problem is that it would include the sounds effects though. I guess that is better than nothing though. I hope this helps you out.

well the Zelda games are long ongoing story so the endings can't be anything that appears to be final. after all we're only playing a chapter in a Legend. it would be nice to see them tie things together some more. they've only had one direct sequel. That being Zelda 2 The Adventure of Link. Speaking of which I though the ending to the game game was sweet. you save the princess and the world and get a kiss for it. basic but still a happy ending.

Ok, it´s pretty simple. Start with clipping out the bit of the movie you want. Then you use a program to take out the sound (Just google it). Then it´s pretty much done, you may have problems, but it´s nothing you can´t solve.
