Although i had money and my account and the bank took money out my savings account saying they were helping me by taking my money to pay for items already paid for. They emptied my checking and charger me for pendings tranactions a week prior when money was there to cover

Funny, people blame everyone but the culprit. Ever heard of research and development departments? BoA and WF are notorious for re sequencing purchases, they will put larger transactions before smaller ones, no matter the time frame of purchases, thus creating multiple NSF on small transactions.

That is the whole point of gaining customers for a bank and free checking. You will get overdrafted on your account so they want your account with them rather than another bank so when the situation you are describing occurs they can charge you. Your their bread and butter. So if you go to another bank you'll face the same charge just different bank due to the situation you are describing. But that is the point, we all have those experiences, the fee should be like 10 dollars

Here is a tip for you youngsters, Remember this all your life and make it a rule! Whenever you call someone, no matter who, always get a name and write it down! If they pass you on to someone else, again, get the name of that person.Once you have that name,they know you have them by the balls no matter what they do.Usually you will get better service. Make sure you let them know you are writing down their name. If you can't spell it, ask them to spell it for you. Never forget to do this! Never!

jdshunnybunny said it perfect, i get upset when i hear people say banks steal money, do you understand when you get an over draft fee, youre the one robbing yourself!!! balance your checkbook, keep track of your spending and what checks you have out and by doing that, you will NOT get overdraft fees. It isnt rocket science people!! Bank is a business, for profit like anywhere else. If you cant manage your money then youll help the bank make more. Learn math and you wont get fees, simple as that!

check posting orders in the disclosure agreement, how the transactions are posted in the order of largest to smaller, all processing transactions post in the order of largest of smallest...it's not retarded fraud...you need to write down your transactions and get some of those kids from are you smarted than a 5th grader come and do your math and balance your checkbook for you,,,when you go find a new bank tell them you are prone to retarded fraud cause you cant take care of your own money...

NEVER trust the online bank ledger. ALWAYS reconcile your accounts in Quicken. DO NOT ATM yourself to death. Take out cash for the week. Budget! The online bank ledger is false! If you read the small print ...they say they can bill the transactions in "any order that they choose"
