@britters220 I've watched these bears for many years. I have bear spray and I'm usually in my car when I'm watching them. They could eat me, but I'm not going to let them. While I really love them, I also really fear them, and keep myself at a safe distance. Thanks for your concern though...
@britters220 True, however in the past years of watching these bears they have never paid attention to me in my car at all, or anyone else for that matter. They go about their business, foraging for food. I've had this bear, and her adult daughter chase each other around my car three times. They never paid any attention to the car at all. I have never seen 399, or any of her many cubs try to break into cars, or obtain food from humans, thank goodness!
@NetzDriverZ Thanks for making me laugh! Yes, the cars were part of the "bear jam," (traffic jam caused when everyone stops to see the bears) Another friend calls it grizzlock (gridlock)....
