Austin is an amazingly intelligent receiver who runs his routes better than anyone in the league. Couple that with his speed, and that makes him a really good player.
Every true Cowboys fan new this guy was going to be good but WOW!! I would have never expected him to just explode on the scene like he did!! Only started since week 5 and still finished 3rd in the league in yards and 2nd or 3rd i think in TDs.. This guy is great and i love the Romo to Austin connection

miles austin will be the #2 wr spot. patrick crayton is and has always been a slot reciever. he belongs as number #3 reciever. austin has break away speed and hands. williams is #1 reciever cant change that but austin will hav the better season this year.

Sam Hurd is not even a good rec, he'll be out the door soon cause doesnt do anything special. Austin will play a roll in the offence this year because he's got speed and the more he plays the more comfortable he'll get.
Watch what I tell you. Hurd is a more polished wideout more in the mold of a calmer Antonio Bryant. Capable of making every catch and running every route. Austin is still learning how to run routes. Thats why he was the 4th WR until Hurd got hurt, and he will return to his role once hurd is back on the field. Austin is a situational player for when you need a deep option on a play and that is all. You should know that if you watch the games
