  • awesome

  • Keep going!!!!! i work out with that same equipment it is ingenious. I've looked and looked for one to buy for home use but can't find one.....so I'm stuck with the one at the gym. When I first started using it NO ONE ELSE used it now it's way to popular.

  • I love how you're so fit. More so than probably most non-paraplegics

  • wow, you are really determined boy, i feel intimidated

  • Eddy,

  • I've been looking for ways to improve my wheelchair exercise routine and your video is fantastic! I would love to buy a full length version with commentary to use daily. I've been looking for ages and this is the best thing I've found. The producers of videos aimed at exercising from a chair just don't understand that there's a big difference between people exercising from a kitchen chair and paraplegics looking for a routine tailored to our needs and limitations. Great job! More please!

  • I wanted to let you know how I find you so attractive. Your confidence shows through and your still a strong man and I don't even notice the chair. You really take care of yourself and that's nice to see. Elisabeth

  • I noticed that your legs didn't spasm.. I have a great deal of spasticity, do you have any?? If so how are you able to control them to have such a smooth workout??

  • Eddy,

what happened to the audio bro i desperately want to hear this.

    Wheelz

  • Tell me about it. I used to have a song on there but the owner of the song removed it because of the copyright. Bummer. I need to see if I can add another soundtrack.

  • eddy,

Do u mind telling me the artist/song .....

You'd think they'd donated the use of the song for such a good cause.

    :)

    Wheelz

  • And now the soundtrack is back and I don't know why. My video has been blocked in Germany because I have that song on there. Go figure.

  • A++++ workout!

  • Hallo.

Great work! We enjoy your channel very much.

    Grüße from Germany

    BBTV

  • Hello!

  • Hello I'm brazilian!

  • Thank you so much for your kind words. Thanks to yahoo babelfish, I was able to translate them. You are very kind.

  • Obrigado tanto para suas palavras amáveis. Agradecimentos ao babelfish de yahoo, eu podia traduzi-los. Você é muito amável.

  • Awesome!

6:30 has the best part of the workout for me - creative way to do dips. i dont have a gym so this is good to know.

    end of vid is hilarious!

im trying to find a great ab workout for a para; im a L2 SCI. ive heard ab roller, but dunno about any para's exp with it

  • Well, as an L2, you should be able to work out your abs. Try blocking your legs under a bed while you do regular crunches. I'm glad you liked the end of the video when I check my weight. I thought it was funny as well, haha.

  • You taught me some new tricks today. I have an issue with balance and you just solved them. Thanks for posting this video.

  • Good. You're welcome.

  • How often do you go through this routine?

  • I have a shorter routine that I try to do three times a week.

  • Awsome workout! What's your injury level?

  • T7-8 complete.

  • beautiful work

  • Thanks.

  • u r stronge.....

  • i mean god bless you

  • y're amaising guy. good work and beatiful smile. go bless u

  • How many sets and reps do you do? For the longest time I was doin' 3 sets of 10 but I bumped it up to 4 sets of 15 recently and I'm really likin' how it feels when I'm done my workout.

  • Hey Cowboy!

Yeah, I usually do 3 sets of 10 of everything and I increase the weight after each set. Sometimes I'll do 15 reps for the first set. By the time I hit the heaviest weight I wouldn't be able to pull 15 reps. I'll try 4x15 with lighter weights to see if I like it. Thanks for the comment.

  • I need to know if there are any ab workouts that I can do, I am a t8 spinal cord injury.

  • I sure wish you were my workout partner!!! What a wonderful video. I am a T5 and need to excercise More, thanks for the inspiration

  • sweet im a c7 and ive been looking for a video like this to get some ideas of what i could do for exercise and weight training. I always wondered how i could strengthen my arms enough to get back in my chair and that demonstration finally showed me how it was done thanx now i know how to practice.

  • I'm glad the demonstration was helpful. It is always easier to use something to help you get back in the wheelchair like a bench or a chair. I will try to post a video on how to get back in the chair directly from the ground.

  • Hey Im man do you think i could get that info on how to get started. Im a T-5 an my hips are starting to rub my wheels lol. thanks

  • Thanks everybody for the nice comments.

wsBNG, I sent you an email with some tips, I hope it helped.

  • Hey Im man do you think i could get that info on how to get started. Im a T-5 an my hips are starting to rub my wheels lol. thanks

  • amazing video

  • great job man, Im a para myself and I don't know how you guys do that...im just starting to work out myself..anywhere i can go to read up on how to get started? I just realized I am freaking weak! help hehe

  • Dude, you rock! That is so amazing.

Thanks for posting and for the inspiration.

    cheers.

  • What level injury are you?

  • Nevermind... it's in the video description. Was that a spasm that kicked your legs up when you were on the mat?

  • Yeah, nice catch. Everytime I lay back it triggers my legs to kick up. Also you will notice that my body is shaking while I am doing the bench press...another leg spasm.

  • all i can say is wow awsome

  • Hey, thanks again.

  • yeah well done mate, top effort.

  • Thanks dude, I appreciate it.

  • what's the name of that cable machine you're using(at the beginning)? My gym is looking to get more accessible equipment and it looks like it would work great.

  • The machine is a paramount FT-150 functional training system

  • Great video and good workout

    Thanks

  • Awesome vid!! You could climb the crap out of some stairs with those guns! How do you know Stan?

  • I know Stan from the U. We met 4 years ago before I became paralyzed. He shot this vid with a handheld cam.

  • Well done mate!

    Great video.

    :-)

  • aabbccddaa

  • Dude this is a banging video. I can't wait to go and try out some of the exercises. A few I already do but it's motivating as hell. If you could get some more pictures of chair positioning that would be great. That's one of the issues I'm having. Thanks again

  • Good work!

    Im a c5-c6 quadriplegic

  • Thanks
