He's an Armenian from Armenia who now lives in the city of Sochi in southern Russia.

He took the nickname of Aznavour after the world famous Armenian-French Charles Aznavour.

He's one of the contestant in the Russian version of "American Idol" called "Minuta Slavy", which translates to "Minute of Glory". The show is at it's second season now.
