Have you considered going by plane instead? It's what I do when I travel from Stuttgart to Berlin. For me it turned out to be cheaper and faster than the ICE.

I like trains. But it helps if there's more to look at than trees. And since I can't sleep on a train the midnight hours are very long. But I like watching a video of YOU on a train, because then I can experience all the good parts of trains without actually experiencing their pains :) Somehow the overtly pointless nature of videos like these only enhances their enjoyability. I think it's because you're awesome, even when bored. If it were me then I'd just make it boring.
