now he should file suit for violating his 1st amendment, since that was government interfering with media activities, by using force, imprisonment and threats to censor his radio program, since they did not agree with his beliefs and message
I do see the point you guys are trying to make but believe that you guys dont know how to do it. For example, do you guys ever file motions or what? You guys are only wasting your time if you are not familiar with the procedures that the police and government have to abide by. Read th rules of court and the criminal or civil procedures. Good Luck.
30 new Federal "check points" are scheduled to be set-up every year for the next 20 years. They will be located within 100 miles of our borders, including Canada, and within 100 miles of our sea coasts. That includes a lot of major cities.
These check points are being set- up to monitor and search U.S. Citizens, not to catch illegal aliens.
This is really BAD news. Check it out with Google Search:
haha, what a joke, like 80% of the population of the US lives within 100 miles of the borders. Try that constitution free zone on me, i will NOT comply with unlawful orders
@geological94 Nailed it! The scope of "homeland" security will further command our lives. One day the border may be our own front yard, or at wires edge!
I have to read the complaint or motion, but it sure looks like this guy is overreaching. I mean, would he try to prosecute a major TV news reporter for the same activities? Not a chance.
Prosecute civil disobedience. Sound like something they'd do in a tin-horn dictatorship in another small country. Now they're trying to do it in America? Good luck!
It will continue until the People will insist that it STOPS, or they will use extreme violence to overthrow these criminals if necessary, to reclaim their freedoms. I hate to put it so bluntly, but throughout history it's the only thing evil government officials have respected. Let's face the facts, People. This ain't Disneyland we're living in today.
well, some people have been insisting that it stop for quite some time, however the mainstream calls us weirdos
now that bubble has burst [thanks in part to the internet] i really hope some change comes from the grass
i find it hilarious that gun nuts in the states are so ardent over the 2nd amndmnt yet didnt seem to show any muscle when the country was being led down a garden path by the former tin-pot dictator
Well, yeah. The American populace is FINALLY waking up to the lies the corporate media outlets have been spoon feeding them. Much of this can be attributed to the internet. Why do you refer to those adhering to the Constitution as "gun nuts"? This country was founded on gun nuts, for an armed society is not only a polite society, but is supposed to be a free-from-tyranny society as well.
see, thats why i wonder if ppl with guns actually care about protecting the country from tyranny or if they just care about themselves
i dont get the logic that guns make society polite.. there are plenty of polite societies that partially prohibit guns right? its weird to me that youd need training & a license to drive a car, but not to own a gun
It doesn't require much training to drive a car, unless someone has faulty motor reflexes and skills. Do we really need a License to drive a car? Does having a little plastic card make one a better driver, or a driver in the first place? Should tablespoons be banned because they make people obese?
THERE YOU GO, gIVING THEM MORE POWER TO BE RIGHT. LETS TRAIN AND LICENSE EVERYTHING, I'M SURE THE POLITIONS WILL INVENT A TESTING MANUAL AND SET FEES TO CHARGE US AND SMILE SMILE SMILE. WE 9MABEY NOT U) THE UNDERPRIVLAGED- DEFINITION IS THE UNDERPRIVLAGED ARE DEPRIVED OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC ADVANTAGES, AND WHAT IS DEPRIVING US? tHE u.s.a GOVERNMENT!
I agree with the entirety of the Constitution, but the 2nd Amendment assures us that we'll keep the rest intact. Once a nation's peoples are disarmed by their government, they quickly ascend into an oppressed society ruled over by a dictatorial totalitarian regime.
"but the 2nd Amendment assures us that we'll keep the rest intact."
i think the supreme court might disagree with that sentiment...
ive heard this comment a lot & its the basis of my original comment about it. if it was truly what keeps the constitution intact, why did you not all rise up & keep bush from wiping his ass with your freedoms?
Since when is the Supreme Court authorized to alter English grammar? The Supreme Court doesn't have the authority to abrogate an inalienable right. This isn't a conflict with the NRA, as the pundits would want you to believe. It's a war on the American People, and American principles. In case you haven't heard, our current administration doesn't believe the people should have inalienable rights. Our Rights, in their minds, comes from government, and NOT from God.
"Civil disobedience" trumps the 1st Amendment? I don't think so! The 1st Amendment PROTECTS impolite speech. Polite speech doesn't need protection. And these anti-pot laws were installed because Big Pharma couldn't obtain a patent on the cannibus formula. It's a natural substance. All victimless crimes must be wiped-off the books! This trend towards a totalitarian police state must end as well.
Ian's guilty of nothing. The Motion to Show Cause is nothing but a mound of trumped up police prosecutor horseshit. Looks like "the terrorists" have already reached our shores, actually live here, and like to wear uniforms, and badges and all that other nifty stuff - and apparently have nothing better to do than to harass and terrorize constructive, conscientious, highly vocal, and visible protestors with patently frivolous "motions".
It's completely asinine immoral, and unconscionable.
Wow! Unreal how stupid these government hacks are. Don't they realize you couldn't buy better publicity. Keep fighting the fight. We are making progress. We can all see it. Check out our videos on bostonfreedomrally and mikecann youtubes. We've had some interesting town hearings where they are trying to overturn decrim. One city treated us great and another terrible. Check out democracy in action. Kids finally standing up. Most young people at Quincy City Council hearing in several decades...
Ian is litte more than a "Reporter" in this instance. He shouldn't be jailed for "free-speech" (as long as he didn't help Andrew gain the weed, nor transport him (actively help him in the act), then this incident is more government tyranny, than upholding laws!
I do not think that he can honestly be convicted under this law. He didn't "aid in planning and committing it" as the law states. The protester obtained the marijuana himself (as far as we know). Had Ian given, sold, or told him where to get the marijuana, he would be guilty of this offense. However, all Ian did was blog and talk about it. He also "supported" him by appearing and videotaping it and following him to the police station.
The last time I checked, there is no law against supporting someone (just by being there), and blogging and talking about something is protected free speech. Ian did nothing wrong. He would have had to provide the pot or help him get the pot, OR aid in promoting the protest in order to be guilty of this offense. If this guy had already decided to protest w/o consulting Ian, then Ian is not guilty of this at all. All he should have to show are these things to walk free of this BS charge.
Ha, i'v seen the video of the judge flipping out before but i just noticed this time that the bailiff looks behind himself nervously before cuffing Ian. LoL
Remove the office, and the traitors have to get productive work.
Leave the office, maybe a good bureaucrat will be there who believes in freedom. And when the good bureaucrat leaves, who will guarantee that only another good bureaucrat will take their place?
One generation, at most, and we're right back where we started.
The only thing I can really respond with is, better to do something than nothing rather than allow traitors to continue and, for ourSelf's to do our best to ensure that the young are taught decency rather than obedience.
capra bought the training the nazis bought in order to create propaganda to coerce the american people into fighting a manufactured war. it's sad that the PR industry is so slimy. i could deal with out and out propaganda, but not this subversion.

they're sending a message. both personally to ian for calling foul on a judge, and a message to everyone else to 'break up this rabble' basically. they can't have smart, active people supporting one another. that goes against their entire system.
I thought civil disobedience was a method the Founders suggested citizens use to change laws? For even they used it against aspects of British law they thought unfair. If that act of good conscience is illegal in New Hampshire how does the citizenry ask for redress of grievances?
If there can be no redress of grievances then the State itself is an unconstitutional entity and criminal enterprise.
In theory there's petition for redress of grievances. Dan Itse, Dan Dumaine and others are fighting for this. The Rules committee and Terrie Norelli are resisting.
There was a hearing today. I'll have video later on my channel. Also watch bikerbillnh. He was there too videotaping.
@abcmole There is no need to change any laws. Any statute passed that violates the Constitution is not law. Smoking marijuana does not injure anyone. The problem is people are ignorant of the law and therefore cannot uphold the law of the land. It is impossible to obey, sustain, or comply with the law if you do not know what it is. The solution is study the law firsthand and apply it.
here's another Scripture havin' to do with marijuana.. Gen. 1:29.. what God gave to man, man cannot take away from man..
