Except for the 2 hardest boss-fights ever made: Yogg Saron 25-man 0 Keepers back in Ulduar item level gear, and Lich King 25-man Heroic mode. (Yes, I found those harder than Kil'Jaeden and Four Horseman in old Naxx, IMO.)

But yeah all the normal modes in ICC are pretty piss easy, but eh, that's why we have heroic.
