The government has been told that marijuana for medical use is legal. The system they have in place does not allow access in a timely matter or quality or variety. So to give faster access to safe medicine we allow verified doctor diagnosed patients fast access to medicine. If you use cannabis to relieve stress or to enjoy life due to depression or the pain of life. That's your prerogative. Just get diagnosed for your medical condition or don't get with the program. It's your choice..
