Don't belive any party coming out with a tax gimmick. Especially the Tories, every election pretending they'll cut taxes, but they only increase indirectly by VAT and others. They think the electorate is stupid to belive these tax cut gimmicks, especially in a deficit.

I think this policy won't affect anyones vote for or against them. It's all lies and the pulic should know better than to trust all politicians marketing.

@StarSeeker5000 I do understand that. Hardly the right climate to making tax cuts though. Why? Because it will mean deeper cuts. Inheritance tax break, NI tax break, Marraige tax break and ringfencing the NHS budget, due to tory mistrust will mean a bleak future. Defence, Police, Education, Fire service, culture, immigration, enviorment and transport will have nothing spent on them under tory plans. The more mature Liberals and Labour will spend more on these departments.
