This was a new idea to slow down speeders on Massabesic Street in Manchester, NH. There are signs with flags on them, lines on the street with an arrow pointing at the hump. As we can clearly see, some miss the warnings and hit it pretty hard. And the crosswalk is part of the hump.
@Tarr4Rep where u say "As we can clearly see, some miss the warnings and hit it pretty hard" have u thought that they don't care about the speed hump? everyone see's the signs but they too lazy to touch the break and i know that myself because speed humps very common where i'm from and i don't slow down and they come in many shapes and styles, on the square style ones i turn to hit the speed hump
I would prefer to slit the throat of who break the speed limit instead of scraping my car.... true?

Is this supposed to be a good thing? Destroying peoples' vehicles to get them to slow down? At best it just wears everybody's brakes out.
