see heres problem i understand your tutorial but easing doesnt help if you dont have style, like pivotpro333 his style is swift and smooth movements and others would make it inters but there style has easing but their style is choppy but still looks good its not to choopy they move with speed check out FallnereyeZ pivots or karmour his is fast choppy like movements with easing and looks good

you might be using pivot 3.turn the frame rate up to 18.

@trilometer It's supposed to give you a basic understanding of how to get rid of stiffness. If that didn't help you, then you either don't have stiffness problems, or just don't understand. Judging by all the other comments, this video is accomplishing that purpose which is how to make your animations more lively and less stiff.
