@sarahjf07 I've read the first 6 books of the chronicle since I was 15 years old (I'm 29 now). The movie Interview with the vampire does reflect the true essence and emotions of the characters from the book, although changes were made so it could fit the screen. Now, this movie, The queen of the damned is an INSULT to the actual story. In this book many concepts are developed and the movie does not reflect a shit about them. And the characters..nothing compared to the actual ones. READ THE BOOK
